On 1 April 2020, NHS South East London Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) was established. The new CCG is made up of the previous six south east London CCGs in Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark. Information that has been held previously by those six CCGs transferred to the new CCG on 1 April 2020. The new CCG will become the new controller for the data held by the superseded organisations. Bribery statement

The Bribery Act 2010 came into force on 1 July 2011. The aim of the Act is to tackle bribery and corruption in both the private and public sector. It is important that NHS Bexley CCG, its employees, suppliers and business partners remain compliant with the legislation. Counter Fraud

At NHS Bexley Clinical Commissioning Group, counter fraud services are provided by TIAA Ltd, a national provider of business assurance services.

The NHS Counter Fraud Authority (NHSCFA) is the NHS organisation tasked to lead the fight against fraud, bribery and corruption in the NHS.
